Clubhouse with a large gathering space, recreation room (w/ ping pong, pool table, table shuffleboard, etc.), laundry facility, dog wash, fitness center, restrooms with showers, game room and movie room. Outdoor amenities include a playground, two pickleball courts, two bocce ball courts, sports court, putting green, picnic area and fire pit. Propane will be available on site.
